Here are some updates for you guys over the past month.
First off, I found that Christmas Joy just 2000 f-ing views, and I then discovered that I had officially published 50 songs to the audio portal with Powerfully Stricken being the most recent. Having started out as small as I did, it amazes me just how far I've come in the past few months (ty Tankmas 2024 for the popularity boost!).
To have fans and friends as big as I do is always a nice boost of support. I don't say this enough, but it really is an honour for large creators out there to still enjoy my music as much as I do. I do recognize that my reviews tend to be really helpful compared to others', but still. The number of people who start following me after I write a review of one of their songs or artworks is amazing.
Third, I've found myself preoccupied with following the lovely art of at @shiverwar. It all started when I saw To a Sonorous Serenity (a great gift to the lovely Troisnyx), and then I looked at his other stuff and fell in love. It really feels like he's resurrecting the mid 2010s, a great period of time for indie artists everywhere (and especially inspiring for me). Please do give him some love~!
But the most defining part of the month, though, has been loading myself up with projects. I'm currently juggling a 5x5 project for the year, several collabs, an entire album I hope to have released by the summer, and maybe even some gifts to some friends. I did, however, finish my Video Game Music Challenge entry a few days ago and I have that uploaded. What might be most amazing though is that I am one of the contributors to the monumental NG 30th anniversary collab. I still feel somewhat fluttered thinking about working with legends on this website, some of whom have accounts older than my own life.
That's all for now though, my dears. I have a lot to get to (including some stuff I have to keep secret), so I leave you with wishes warmth and glow even through Spring!
